I know we’re all thinking it, where in the world did this past year go?! Looking back at 2015, I feel really good about the things I accomplished and I’m hopeful that 2016 will top it!
I created Life in Spandex about a year and a half ago when I quit my full-time marketing job to become a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. However, it wasn’t until July 2015 that I decided to really go for this whole blogging thing. I started posting more regularly, worked on outreach and networking, gave the website a whole new look and feel, updated my imagery with professional photo and video shoots, got branded, started a YouTube channel, got on the Pinterest train, started pursuing my Precision Nutrition Certification, wrote my first guest and sponsored posts, was featured on PopSugar, and ended the year with the first annual 12 Days of Fitness Holiday Workout Challenge! Whew 🙂
My favorite part of 2015, however, was meeting and building connections with all of you. The fact that anyone takes interest in what I have to say, has found motivation and inspiration from my content, and looks to me as a role model is the most gratifying feeling. I mean, after all, all the things I’ve accomplished on this blog is for you and because of you!
Before new, exciting content hits Life in Spandex and 2016 gets into full swing, I want to reflect on the best blog posts of 2015 according to all of you!
