Creating an unstable environment (or having to balance with the exercise ball) forces you to contract your ab muscles the whole time and amps up the calorie burn! This workout will sculpt your body from head-to-toe so let’s get to it!

    Well as you know, I had to take your Papa to the emergency room last evening, so I totally missed my workout. Soooooooo, this evening I just did both workouts- Sleigh Bells and Angel Wings!! Since the exercises targeted different areas it was no problem to do both.
    Ladies, we can do this!! One rep, one day at a time.
