  11. I love a good bicycle crunch. Do you think squats slim your legs or make them larger?

    1. They tone and slim your legs!! The more muscle, the higher your metabolism, and the more fat you’ll burn all over your body :D.

    1. Thanks mom!! I would say do them on different days. Doing a total body workout twice in one day can put you at risk of over training and injury. Xoxo
