You know those days you don’t want to put on pants or leave the house? Yeah, that’s me today. I’ve been feeling run down this past week no matter what I eat or how much I sleep. During these times I do take it easy by relaxing from strenuous exercise, eating nutrient-dense foods, and sleeping as much as I can. But, there is a huge difference between needing rest and just being lazy.
When it’s a matter of will, ditch the excuses. I’ve created a killer ab workout that doesn’t even require getting out of the house or even off the floor! All I need is 15 minutes to make your abs burn and burn a few extra calories. Complete each exercise back-to-back, rest for 60 seconds, and repeat the circuit another one to two times.
