I can’t believe the holidays have already come and gone! I just got back from Oahu where I spent Christmas with R and his rather large family. The trip was a balanced combination of relaxation, chaos, excitement, food, and workouts. I just wish there had been a little bit more sun! It probably rained 80% of the time. That was an unexpected bummer since I’ve only been to Hawaii during the spring and summer months. But, hey, it was still vacay, so I can’t really complain!
After 10 days of island life, I am happy to be home and getting back into my routine! It’s Monday, and the first day back to work, so I can’t say the transition feels easy. It always takes me a few days to really feel like I’m back on my game. It’s a good thing I love what I do! Made coming back to reality easy :).
Now on to the exciting part! I am so grateful for everyone who participated in the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge. I can’t tell you how much your check-ins, comments, and feedback mean to me. I want to help as many women as possible find self-love, confidence, balance, and a passion for fitness and this challenge helped me reach so many more of you! Enough with the gush, right?? Let’s get down to it… the winners of the challenge!
