I pride myself on being able to show even the busiest women how to make healthy living fit into their lifestyle. I love educating them on the actual amount of exercise and easy nutrition hacks necessary to get results. Being fit takes so much less time, money, and effort than everyone thinks!
It’s extremely gratifying to see a woman’s look of dismay when I tell her that 30 to 45-minutes of exercise (away from the treadmill) is plenty to get visible results and reap health benefits of physical activity. What’s even better is her reaction when I tell her she can still have a soothing glass of wine and decadent dark chocolate.
Hearing that she has more energy, confidence, is sleeping better, and has lost inches is amazing. What I really love? How her new lifestyle helped her get the courage to ask for a raise at work (and get it!), realize she also has the time to pursue her long-lost love of theatre, or gave her more energy and patience with her children.
