Today, I’m challenging you to a 5k run or walk! It’s just a little over three miles! Lace up your running shoes (I’ll be rocking my New Balance 711v2 shoes) and find a fun trail, run around your neighborhood, or jump on the treadmill. There’s nothing like a runner’s high. I can’t wait for you to experience it yourself!
Goal Evaluation Challenge
The halfway mark of a challenge is the perfect time to re-evaluate your goals. Are you on track to meet them? Do they need to be adjusted? What’s working and what isn’t? If you’re feeling discouraged or tired, remember why you started. Was it to find self-love and confidence? Maintain mental health during the holiday stress? Feel sexy in your holiday dress? Prove to yourself that you can do anything for 12 days? Dig deep and find your intrinsic motivation for sticking to a healthy lifestyle during a notoriously unhealthy time of year. Better yet, write it down!
