  6. I hadn’t seen all of these moves before but I can contest that the fire hydrant and donkey kicks will have you feeling it the next day. Do you feel like they perk up the butt or like they build it up bigger? This may sound silly but I am a naturally hippy girl, so I try to stay away from exercises that make your muscles too big in the thighs, I look for one’s that slim them and make them stronger without huge.

    1. They definitely perk it up!! I am also naturally endowed haha and all these moves help me tighten and tone!
