Don’t have one? No worries! You can sub the ball with a dumbbell if needed. Let’s make the rest of this holiday season count!

  2. I know I could probably all of these exercises, but I’d be too afraid of falling and hitting my face on the medicine ball.

    1. Aww I promise you won’t!! You can always omit the ball all together and just use your body weight to start out 🙂

  3. Love the how to and workout idea! I will find you on IG too! I don’t have a medicine ball but love that you suggested free weights, cause i do have those!

    1. Yes feel free to use free weights and modify as needed! You can just do the push ups on the ground :). Find me yay!! Can’t wait to see your check ins 😀
